With over 25 years of experience in the construction industry, Saul brings a wealth of knowledge and a track record of transformative leadership.
From spearheading groundbreaking projects to nurturing client relationships, Saul excels in turning challenges into opportunities and ideas into reality.
Outside of the office, Saul is chasing adventure in the outdoors or coaching various sports teams, which fuels a creative approach to leadership and a deep understanding of diverse perspectives.
Matt Scoles
With 15 years of industry experience, including 5 years of focused project management, Construction Project Manager Matt is at the forefront of delivering exceptional results and driving innovation.
Matt's journey in the construction industry has been marked by his unwavering commitment to quality and his ability to navigate complex challenges with ease. Matt has a deep understanding of the intricacies of construction projects, from initial planning through to successful completion. Whether managing large-scale developments or intricate details, Matt’s approach is both strategic and hands-on, ensuring that every project meets the highest standards of excellence.
Outside of his professional achievements, Matt is an avid mountain biker, hiker, and fisherman. His passion for these activities mirrors his approach to project management: determined, adventurous, and always ready to tackle new challenges.
Steve Fahey
Steve brings over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, with a strong background in both project and construction management. From multi-house developments to bespoke custom homes, he has a well-rounded, practical understanding of the building process from start to finish.
Steve also spent three years working in compliance as a building inspector for local government, giving him valuable insight into regulatory requirements and quality standards. He has also led a team of Project Managers, delivering high-quality residential projects.
He’s known for his attention to detail and ability to keep projects running smoothly, while maintaining clear, straightforward communication with clients and contractors.
Outside of work, Steve enjoys making the most of the Central Otago outdoors — mountain biking, playing squash, and getting out on the golf course.
