Northlake Investment
Designed by Peak Architecture and built by Fraser Dowling Builders (FDB), this 167sqm home sits on a 505sqm section in the Northlake subdivision, Wānaka.
Featuring four bedrooms, the home was developed as a rental investment, blending practical design with quality finishes. Otago Projects worked alongside these teams to deliver a modern, low-maintenance home that meets both lifestyle and investment goals.
